Though I am an engineer by trade, photography is my true love. I started out with a Kodak Disc Camera in the eighth grade and have continued to develop my vision, artistry and skills over the years. I live in Farmington Hills, MI, and photograph here in Michigan and around the country; basically, wherever adventure takes me. Nature and wildlife are favorite subjects and in my art, I try to capture a moment with the animals or just the natural beauty of the scene at that moment. I especially love wolves and donate part of my proceeds to Wolf Research Centers so that this much maligned animal will be better understood. I am also available as an on-site photographer to capture moments with family and friends, turning them into extraordinary memories.
What’s In A Name?

Here’s how the name Miarsu came about: I took the first 2 letters of my name, “MI”chelle, and put them together with the first two letters of my eldest son’s name, “AR”jun, and the first two letters of my youngest son’s name, “SU”raj. The result was “MIARSU”. This business is very personal to me and is a family adventure! So, it makes sense that my kids are part of the business name since they are my inspiration and my help!
